I called the Heathrow Terminal 5 Post Office to follow up on a parcel confirmed by the Hounslow delivery office. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The phone call was so unpleasant that it left me feeling shaken, and I still didn't get any information regarding my delivery. I have never experienced such poor customer service; she clearly needs training on how to communicate with people.
